Description
Artist Cliff Chiang drew a version of the Justice League in a 70's Manga style. I thought the designs were brilliant, so I decided to give them the micro treatment. This was his design for Harley Quinn. Originally I did her in one of my "Night In Gotham" series, but I wanted to clean her up and use her for a contest at
